Breakfast Menu

For starters choose from:

• Fresh fruit salad
• grapefruit
• yoghurt
• cereals
• fruit juices

Followed by a choice of:

• Cooked Breakfast – grilled sausage and bacon, fried, poached or scrambled  egg, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms
• Fresh honey roast ham with poached eggs.
•  Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs
• Vegetarian cooked breakfast – Fried Egg, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, grilled vegetarian sausage and beans.
  
• All served with brown or white toast.
• Smoothies

Breakfast is served between 8-30 and 9-00am

If you would like Breakfast after 9-00 am the Basement Bistro opposite StrandHouse serves cooked breakfast to my Guests (paid for by me!)

If you have any special dietary requests please let us know when booking As far as possible all the breakfast ingredients are locally sourced.

All the meat served at Strand House is bought from Padstow Farm shop, where all the animals are reared at Tregirls Farm  overlooking the Camel Estuary. The eggs are free range and also come from Tregirls Farm.
